Main Activities Implemented
– Activation and full management of 12 transit points in all Italian territory, guaranteeing delivery of correctly composed POP and POS materials with maximum time and costs efficiency
– Supervision of warehousing, assembly , delivery process, quality of all promotional materials in all Italian territory
– Further goods management- retrieval from the sales channels, reassembly, movement to other sales points and other activities
– Detailed reports about delivery status, report about placement in the shop, including photos of the materials and goods
– Picking up and storage of all goods and materials
– Items encoding, creation of new condes and upload in the online data base
– Stock and inventory management and monitoring
– Management of clients, destinations, goods
– Quality control of incoming materials
– Special e-mail notification to field staff with information about shipment of materials and shipment tracking
